Four Seasons Estates

This subdivision is located in the Town of Beaumont, southeast of the City of Edmonton. This is the first large size residential subdivision in the area with frontages of 65’ to 70’ and a lot of area of approximately 9,000 sq. ft. The proximity of Beaumont to Edmonton provides residents with the ideal combination of a short commute to their jobs in the city while enjoying the comfort and relative quiet of small-town living.

There were 136 residential lots in this subdivision. The project was started in 2001. Most of the lots were sold out by 2006.
